About Chicago Firewood
Chicago Firewood was founded over 35 years ago by Matt Heitz and has now become one of the premier suppliers of firewood for the Chicago restaurants and local residential communities. Originally located at 1300 N. Halsted Street in Chicago, the business was moved to 5600 N. Northwest Hwy. After moving to our new location we have grown to supply more and more homeowners, fireplaces, fire pits, pizza ovens, grills, and smokers with an amazing supply of seasoned or kiln dried hardwoods.
In early 2024 Chicago Firewood was purchased by Jim Hanlon. Jim is excited and committed to continuously providing excellent service and firewood products to all of our current and future customers.
